In this one hour Lunch & Learn, you’ll learn how to unlock the potential of Google Business Profiles and discover how it can be an effective FREE tool for your small business.

You’ll learn how to create a compelling profile that showcases your business in the best light, and how to keep it updated with your latest offerings. We’ll discuss the process of managing reviews, posting updates, and using insights to understand how customers interact with your profile.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be set to create or rework your Google Business Profile to help you connect with your customers more effectively. 

Taught by SBDC Business Advisor Tara Cruz

Tara started working with Solano SBDC in 2015 while bootstrapping her first brick & mortar business. During COVID she closed her doors and once again with the assistance of the Solano SBDC pivoted to e-commerce. During that time she gained experience with website designing, digital marketing, wholesale/manufacturing and Amazon. 

Her work history includes more than 15 years in project management, team development, and marketing for Pacific Gas & Electric Company, XFINITY, and Wells Fargo. She holds a degree in criminal justice, a CA/NV Esthetician License, and is Lean Six Sigma Certified.
